In breve

Pack-It! è un gioco gratuito, senza pubblicità e senza tracciamento. Raccoglie solo ciò che serve per giocare, salvare i progressi e mostrare la classifica.

Senza account

Nickname, record, monete, acquisti, statistiche, lingua e audio restano nel browser del tuo dispositivo (localStorage).

Quando una partita finisce con un punteggio, alla classifica pubblica arrivano il nickname del tesserino, il punteggio, il turno raggiunto e la data. Senza nickname non viene inviato nulla.

Con un account (facoltativo)

Registrandoti salviamo email, password (cifrata: nessuno può leggerla), nickname e salvataggio (record, monete, acquisti, turni e statistiche), così li ritrovi su ogni dispositivo. In classifica compare il nickname dell'account.

Base giuridica

Questi dati servono a fornirti il gioco che stai usando (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Non li vendiamo, non li usiamo per la pubblicità e non facciamo profilazione.

Dove stanno

Il gioco si appoggia a fornitori esterni: un servizio di hosting per il sito, un database con server nell'Unione europea per account, salvataggi, classifica e stanze della Sfida, e un controllo anti-bot che verifica registrazione e accesso. Trattano i dati solo per conto del gioco; se qualcuno di loro li tratta fuori dall'UE, lo fa con le garanzie previste dal GDPR.

Sfida 1 contro 1

Durante una sfida il tuo avversario vede il tuo nickname, il punteggio e l'avanzamento della partita. Questi dati passano solo durante la sfida e non vengono salvati.

Per quanto tempo

I dati dell'account restano finché non lo elimini, e con l'account spariscono anche i suoi punteggi. I punteggi giocati senza account restano in classifica finché il gioco è online.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi vedere, correggere o cancellare i tuoi dati e opporti al loro uso. Da "Il mio account" puoi eliminare l'account in qualsiasi momento: spariscono account, salvataggio online e punteggi. I dati sul dispositivo si cancellano svuotando i dati del sito dal browser. Puoi anche rivolgerti al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Nickname

Nickname offensivi, volgari o che imitano altre persone non sono ammessi: il gioco li blocca e quelli che passano il filtro possono essere rimossi.

In short

Pack-It! is a free game with no ads and no tracking. It only collects what it needs to let you play, save your progress and show the leaderboard.

Without an account

Your nickname, high score, coins, purchases, stats, language and audio settings stay in your device's browser (localStorage).

When a game ends with a score, the public leaderboard receives the nickname on your badge, the score, the shift reached and the date. Without a nickname, nothing is sent.

With an account (optional)

If you sign up we store your email, password (encrypted: nobody can read it), nickname and game save (high score, coins, purchases, shifts and stats), so you find them on every device. The leaderboard shows your account nickname.

Legal basis

This data is needed to provide the game you are using (GDPR art. 6.1.b). We do not sell it, use it for advertising or profile you.

Where it is stored

The game relies on outside providers: a hosting service for the site, a database with servers in the European Union for accounts, saves, the leaderboard and Sfida rooms, and an anti-bot check on sign-up and log-in. They process data only on the game's behalf; if any of them handles it outside the EU, it does so with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

1v1 Sfida

During a match your opponent sees your nickname, your score and how far you are in the game. This data only travels during the match and is not stored.

How long

Account data is kept until you delete the account, and its scores go with it. Scores played without an account stay on the leaderboard while the game is online.

Your rights

You can see, correct or delete your data and object to its use. From "My account" you can delete your account at any time: the account, online save and scores are removed. Data on your device is removed by clearing this site's data in your browser. You can also contact your data protection authority.

Cookies

No profiling cookies and no analytics. Your browser only keeps the game's technical data and, if you sign in, your account session.

Nicknames

Offensive, vulgar or impersonating nicknames are not allowed: the game blocks them and any that get past the filter may be removed.
